Shipping Policy
Where applicable, the available shipping options and related shipping fees will be shown during the checkout process. Fees are based on the shipping method, destination, and the total weight and dimensions of the items in your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs.
Return Policy
You may be eligible to return your purchased item(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and any accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@rasma.art, indicating your order number and reason for returning the item(s).
If return is approved, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Unless you received an incorrect or defective item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
